How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped within 3 days and take an additional 1-4 days to arrive via USPS.
How do you ship your products?
All of our hoops and dvds are shipped by the United States Post Office, priority mail. We can also ship collapsible hoops and dvds Fed Ex if needed.

What is the return/cancellation policy?
All sales are final. There are no returns. Please choose your hoop size carefully. Refer to What size hoop should I choose below and on the shop page.
If you’ve signed up for a teacher training conference your registration is refundable up to one month prior to the event, at which point your registration is credited towards a future training.
What size hoop should I choose?
Small 38-39" for youth and adults under 5
Medium 41-42" — the average size for almost any hooper
Large 44-45" — great for tall or larger bodies
How do I care for my BodyHoop?
When not in use, store your hoop flat on the ground or leaning against the wall, in a cool dry place and out of the sun. Use your hoop on a soft surface to preserve the hoop from getting dinged up. If your hoop gets warped from irregular storage, then place your hoop in the sunshine to warm it up and it will reshape. Avoid pulling, tugging or running over your hoop. Use a damp cloth and some gentle cleanser for cleaning off the hoop. Your hoop can last a long time (years) if cared for properly.
How do I open and fold my Infinity Travel Hoop?
Your infinity travel hoop will fold and unfold at the connecting points only. The twist and push force can only be done at these two connecting points. When the hoop is folded, locate the connecting points and hold the hoop so that those two points are farthest away from you. Open the hoop like a book, the folding connectors are now at the center of the Infinity shape, shift your hold so the hands are now on these points. Your hands are now holding the hoop at the folding points and you can open the hoop to its full size and swivel the hoop to its circular shape. To fold the hoop, you will locate the connectors and hold the hoop so that one connector is between your two hands the other is on the ground in front of you. Twist and push the hoop down into an Infinity shape and then fold over at the connection points. Pull one side through to lock it.
