Is this course something I can find at a gym?

Not yet, but we are working on making this happen! While you are at home and your local gym is closed, we are working on training new Bodyhoop instructors and we plan to launch Bodyhoop fitness in gyms and studios around the country!

 

When does the course start and finish?

The course starts as soon as you register and continues for six weeks. After paid enrolment, you have unlimited access for the lifetime of the course - across any and all devices you own.

 

What sort of materials will I need to take this course? A bit of space in your living room, a measuring tape and a weighted fitness hoop. We recommend the award-winning Bodyhoop Deluxe (currently sold out) because it has an adjustable weight, sturdy connectors and loads of advanced features.
